What happens to my photos?
Your photo is sent securely to our AI service to create the restoration — it's never shared or sold. Originals may be securely retained for quality & safety review; restored photos you unlock are saved to your account so you can re-download them. Deleting a photo from “My photos” removes both permanently.
Is the first photo really free?
Yes — one free preview restoration per person, no card required. You only pay if you want to unlock it or restore more.
Do my credits expire?
Never. Buy a pack once and use the credits whenever you like — one credit restores one photo.
What photos work?
JPG, PNG and HEIC. Scans work best, but a straight-on phone photo of a print works great too — faded, torn, water-stained or black & white.
